FREE DELIVERY: The Hoodie Co provides free standard international delivery to select locations, including tracking, for all orders over 30 garments using a courier of our choice.

Our international delivery covers Australia, New Zealand, Canada, North and South America, Japan and Europe. Please contact us if you live outside these areas.

Smaller orders.

Free Australia post shipping on all garments within Australia. International Shipping is a flat rate of $20au per garment for all international orders from 1 – 30 garments. Generally international delivery time is 7 – 14 business days.

Terms & Conditions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: It is your responsibility to read, understand and agree with the below terms and conditions before engaging into any contract.

OUR BUSINESS ETHIC: At The Hoodie co we operate in an open and fair manner. We are here to offer the best possible service and premium quality garments at very competitive rates.

PROOFS ARTWORK SIGN OFF: All orders must be signed off in writing (email is acceptable) prior to work commencing. Please note that verbal sign off is not acceptable. Errors found after artwork proofs have been signed off are the responsibility of the customer. Once artwork has been signed off and the deposit paid, there are no changes allowed – this includes any additions to the order. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your order before signing it off. We take no responsibility for spelling mistakes or nicknames used once the artwork is signed off.  All sign offs and or changes will only be accepted in writing.

”100% QUALITY SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!”: This guarantee covers you, the customer, that you will be satisfied with the quality of garments and quality of decoration. The Hoodie Co must be contacted in writing within 30 days from receipt of goods if you are not satisfied. The entire order must be returned in unused condition. Return freight with tracking is to be paid by the customer. This guarantee does not cover change of mind or mistakes on artwork that has been signed off by the client. Any use of garments deems that the order is accepted unless goods are deemed defective. Contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns.

MISTAKES/RETURNS: We try hard to avoid mistakes. If you believe there is a mistake you must contact us as soon as possible. If we happen to be at fault we will endeavor to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible with no cost to you. If the mistake is on the customers end, we will also endeavor to fix the mistake as quickly as possible. However, the cost will be borne by the customer. Due to our ‘artwork sign off policy’ mistakes are very rare.  Any claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving goods. After 7 days it will be considered all goods are accepted and no further claims will be entered into. Any goods that have been used are considered accepted. Claims cannot be made on used goods.

QUOTES/PRICING: Only quotes made specifically to you in writing will be deemed binding. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. All pricing other than specific quotes to you are subject to change without notice.

COLOURS: Printing colours are chosen from a PMS colour chart. It is your responsibility to check and confirm your colour choices. Please be aware that all computer monitors are calibrated differently and colour tones vary from computer to computer.

PAYMENT: The Hoodie Co prefers full payment up front. As a minimum we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% or portion is to be paid and cleared prior to your order being dispatched.

FREE GARMENT FOR THE ORGANISER: Yes, The Hoodie Co. provides one free garment for the organiser for every order containing a minimum of 30 paid garments.

YOUR PRIVACY: Your privacy is very important to us. We treat all of your personal information and contact details with utmost care and will never disclose any of your information to any other party.

FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICE: One hour of graphic design is offered free. Any further graphic design is charged at $65au an hour. We will always contact you first before charging for graphic design. For most jobs one hour is enough.

DUTY’S AND TAXES: Please be aware that you may be charged import duty or taxes when you receive your goods. As all country’s duty charges vary we can not advise on these fee’s. We recommend you contact your local authority.
