How long will my order take ?

For wholesale quantity’s. Our standard dispatch time is 2 – 3 weeks from deposit and artwork sign off. If you have a specific date in mind for your order, or need an express service, please let us know as soon as possible. We do carry stock and may just have what you are looking for.

Can I choose my own print colours ?

Yes, visit our PMS colour chart to see the huge range of print colours. It’s virtually unlimited!

Can we mix different coloured garments with different colour prints in the one order ?

To keep prices low, all hoodie colours and print colours must stay the same for every 30 items.

How do I work out my size ?

Simply use our sizing chart or request a size pack from us.

What is the garment quality like ?

At The Hoodie Co., we only supply the best quality garments. We understand the importance of a comfortable, stylish and durable garment that will last, which is why we invest so much in testing our products.

Do you ship worldwide ?

Absolutely, we sell our garments to resorts, shops, clubs and groups all over the world. *Please be aware that you may be charged import duty or taxes when you receive your goods. As all country’s duty charges vary we can not advise on these fee’s. We recommend you contact your local authority.

How much is delivery and where can you send the orders ?

Delivery to your Australian address is a flat rate of $2.95AUD per garment. International is $4.95 per garment. Every delivery comes with tracking. *Please be aware that you may be charged import duty or taxes when you receive your goods. As all country’s duty charges vary we can not advise on these fee’s. We recommend you contact your local authority.

I have my own design, can I use it ?

Yes! Please send through your artwork/ideas.

Do you charge for supplying artwork ?

Artwork is free when you choose one of our designs – including the customizing of the design. We allow one hour of free graphic design for artwork you supply. We charge $60 p/h if we go over the allocated time. We will be in touch first if this is the case.

Can I have a print or embroidered design on the hood or sleeve of my garment ?

In most cases, yes, print or embroidery placement is possible all most anywhere; simply contact us to find out what may work.

Do you have samples ?

Absolutely, we can send you a set of samples. All samples must be returned to us within two weeks. Note – we do charge for garments that are lost, damaged or are not returned.

When do I have to pay ? 


A 50 percent deposit is required for your order to commence. All orders are dispatched to customers upon full payment.

What do I do if my garment is incorrect ?

Contact us immediately – our number one aim is having happy customers! This is very rare due to our final artwork approval sign off that you must approve before we start your order.
