Shipping & Returns
At The Hoodie Co we aim to dispatch all online shop orders within 24hours. (Excluding public holidays and weekends) For all purchases of under 5 garments we use Australia post. Items take between 1 – 7 business days. All parcels come with tracking. To help you calculate your delivery time… we are located near Byron Bay 2481 NSW Australia.
International orders. Small purchases – We also use Australia post express satchels. (Includes tracking) Allow 5 – 12 business days.
For larger orders 30+ (custom printing and or wholesale) Dispatch time varies between 2 and 21 days depending on current stock/size of the order etc. Average dispatch time is 14 days. This allows ample time for manufacture and print. We will communicate at the time your order is placed. We generally use DHL courier with tracking. Allow 2 – 12 days delivery. Average time is 7 days anywhere in the world.
You are also responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be charged. All countries have different rules and limits for imports. Generally customs of the receiving country will be in contact.
At The Hoodie Co. We understand that sometimes shopping online can be difficult. That’s why, for our individual purchase online store products we offer a full refund or exchange no questions asked. So no need to stress! You must contact us first to receive our returns address and return number. Returns will only be accepted for items are in ‘as new’ condition and do not show any signs of use with all tags in place. It is your responsibility to keep a record of tracking numbers as we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
